We contract with the top resorts, buying large amounts of space, condos and villas for every week of the year. What you get is a beautiful cabin, vacation property, condo, villa, suite cottage, with full amenities at the resort of your choice, at the time your want to go, for less than the average timeshare owner pays for a yearly maintenance fees.
In addition you won’t pay $30,000 for the property for the same week, at the same location every year. We give you choice of destination without ownership.
We provide online booking, reservation confirmation and payment options. Confirmations are provided to customers via phone/fax/mail or email. All online bookings receive a verification telephone call. Your satisfaction at our resort partners is guaranteed.
1. How do I save money?
We can save you money three ways. Our first discount comes in the form of instant savings when you book your vacation accommodations and use your vacation club membership card. Through special pricing, buying blocks of unbooked or unused vacation weeks we can pass on these savings directly to you.
The second way we save you money is through our Sizzlin Savings. We have one of the largest database of vacation rental properties. Vacation rentals at exceptionally low rates per week. (such as savings over $500 per condo rentals).
As a platinum vacation club member you receive a full one year access to easysavingsclub.com. This saves you money on groceries, restaurants, dining, travel and more.
2. When are these properties available?
We suggest you plan ahead as some locations will sell out quickly, so you can enjoy the resort location of your choice when you want it. If the properties is listed, they are available. Our sizzlin savings sell out extremely fast. We alert members to sizzlin savings weekly via email and our youtube channel.
3. Is this another timeshare presentation?
No this is not a timeshare. Our company was founded on a no timeshare policy. You will vacation at the resort for the week.
4. Do we pay a booking fee to use our condo rental?
Absolutely not. No. There are no booking fees. You see the exact price for 7 night stay and your price when you utilize your Vacation Rental Membership. The price you see is the price you pay. No hoops to jump through, no presentations, no fees. Just purchase a vacation rental membership, book your vacation and enjoy.
5. During our vacation can we book other vacations?
Yes, absolutely. You can book as many vacations as you like. Of course, they are based on availability.
6. When is check in?
Check in is mostly 5:00 P.M. and check out is 10:00 A.M. in most cases.
7. What is the age limit?
At least one person who is renting a condo must be 21 or old and have a major credit card. United States travelers need proof of citizenship and photo I.D. (passport, birth certificate of copy of birth with raised seal). Resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Aliens need a valid Passport and valid U. S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. Resident aliens and aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation.
8. Are there any additional costs that the traveler will incur?
Guests pay accommodations for 7 nights at their choice of one of our 2, 000,000 weekly rentals. With our vacation rental membership, vacation rentals can be booked for substantial savings. Price per vacation rental with our condo membership program range from $250 to $875 per week. We alert you to Sizzlin Savings when special vacation rentals are available.
9. What are your Terms and Conditions?
Resort condominium facilities vary by destination; some may be high-rise, low-rise, studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or town homes, etc. You will be able to see what each property offers, dates available and number of people allowed to stay at specific property.
Your travel consultant will inform you of the charges and conditions associated with additional occupancy including children. Most resort condominiums allow children to share a room with an adult at no extra charge.
10. How many vacations different destinations can I book per year?
You can book as many different vacations destinations as you like for yourself and your family. Since you will save up to 60% on each vacation rental, we encourage you to travel as often as possible.
Vacation rental membership owners are eligible to purchase multiple seven-day double occupancy vacation accommodation packages at over 2,000,000 weekly rentals worldwide.
Destinations are subject to availability. Once your reservation(s) have been confirmed your vacation offer will become non-refundable, making your purchase FINAL. If, for any reason you cannot travel on your confirmed reservations, all funds will be forfeited. We recommend that you research airfare prices before choosing to travel and never purchase non-refundable airline tickets until your accommodations are fully confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid passport or visa, depending on which country you visit.
Additional Taxes and Fees
Condo rental annual membership is valid for accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, certain taxes (including, but not limited to transient occupancy tax, energy surcharges, international taxes or fees), gratuities, transportation, service charges, resort deposits or incidental expenses. These items will be paid upon check-in or checkout at the host property.
You are solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, gratuities, personal expenses, utility charges, security deposits and other fees or charges levied by a resort and/or provider of accommodations for the use of amenities and facilities.

Travelers are responsible for Government Taxes and Processing Fees. At least one traveler must be 21 years old. Additional memberships may be purchased and can be used as a gift and are fully transferable. Vacations and pricing are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any fees that are collected by any distributors or other entity. We do not assume any liability for damages, expenses or inconvenience for loss, injury, death or damages to any persons or property at any hotel, airline, ships or in transit to and from said hotel, airline, ship or for any delays, cancellations or acts of GOD. We assume no responsibilities for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by an agent and or their agents other than those included in this offer.
